INFORMATION LITERACY
The library offers information literacy to students which are a set of abilities requiring individuals to recognize when information is needed and have the ability to locate, valuate and use effectively the needed information.
HOW TO USE OUR LIBRARY OPAC
Since the college library system utilizes the local catalog that allows patronsĀ to search for only the library collection within the college, using the Local Area Network (LAN), students can access the library form computers in their syndicate rooms using the following IP address

CIRCULATION SERVICES
The library requires membership registration to access different library services including borrowing privileges by the patrons, currently registered students of JCSC, JSC,Logistics and Diploma of DDSS and Adult Education, DS and college staff are only allowed to borrow library resources which has different loan periods. Reminders are sent to students using Email addresses. Library Rules and Regulations are given to every patron of the library so that ignorance of these rules is not a defence, everyone should abide by these regulations.
ORIENTATION SERVICES
This facility given to new students and anyone else in need wherby one is given the opportunity to familiarise themselves with information resources and services in the library, they will be using throughout the duration of their study programs. This facility is provided at the beginning of new academic year and is continued whenever a need arises. Request for orientation can be submitted with the information desk.
